Event Reservation Policy
To secure your event date and rental items, please review the following guidelines:
Reservation Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required at the time of booking.

This deposit ensures your intent to reserve and begins the scheduling process.
Reservation Confirmation

Event dates are not confirmed until approved by management.

Management will verify the availability of all requested items for your selected date and time.

You will receive a formal confirmation once your reservation is approved.

Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
