Event Reservation Policy

To secure your event date and rental items, please review the following guidelines:

 

Reservation Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required at the time of booking.

  • This deposit ensures your intent to reserve and begins the scheduling process.

 

Reservation Confirmation

  • Event dates are not confirmed until approved by management.

  • Management will verify the availability of all requested items for your selected date and time.

  • You will receive a formal confirmation once your reservation is approved.

 

Important Notes

  • Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • We recommend booking early to ensure access to your preferred items and services.
